Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide assistance.
The hotel was very noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The walls were thin and the noise from other guests and the street made it impossible to relax.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service which was very convenient for getting around the city. the staff was also very helpful and able to provide useful travel advice. the rooms were small, but comfortable, and were kept very clean throughout our stay. the rate was very reasonable for the amenities offered.
The location was not very central, which made it difficult to access many of the city's main attractions. the breakfast selection was limited and could have been improved.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kyoto. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the quality of the accommodation. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including providing rooms that were spacious enough for our big baggage. Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as the mini fridge and electric kettle, were very convenient. One detail we appreciated was the inclusion of a delicious breakfast in our stay.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Great complementary amenities such as a mini-fridge and electric cup for boiling water. The hotel location is convenient for travelers as it is a quick walk from the train station and there are 24-hour grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed the free shuttle bus to and from the station, it was super helpful!
The room was extremely small, not ideal for two people with luggages. The aircon was hardly working, so we had to open the window for some fresh air which wasn't always pleasant due to the smoking smell in the lobby.
